NOTE: AS OF 9/9/25,
ALL PARADE SLOTS HAVE BEEN FILLED.
NO MORE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
If your application was accepted, you will be sent instructions to pay.
Do NOT send payment until you are approved.
A Late fee of $75.00 is applied if application is submitted after the deadline.

How To Enter The parade
STEP 1
Completely fill out the application form. Incomplete application will not be reviewed. Only one applications (1) car or one (1) float per organization will be allowed to participate in the parade.
STEP 2
On a separate sheet of paper (8 1/2 x 11) draw your entry design and email it to parade@tnstate.edu. All entries MUST be theme related.
STEP 3
Homecoming Committee’s approval on entry design. Please allow up to 14 business days after submission. Note: All applications must include an entry design to be considered for the Tennessee State University 2025 Homecoming Parade.
STEP 4
Fees will be due no later than September 29, 2025. Payments are accepted via check, money order, or on-line payment. You can also pay with cash directly to the Tennessee State University Bursars Office located on campus in the Ned Ray McWherter Administration Building. Make certain to keep all receipts on file.
